What is Actually Going On Here?!

They say you enjoy a music when you are happy and you understand the lyrics when you are sad. I guess this is what you do when you are under the anoiting of the music.

 

Still trying to figure out whats happening in this gathering, dont know if its a new dance style or they were being propelled by the anointing of the music.
