How sweet: Musician accepts engagement ring from a 19year old Fan

Backstage at a concert in Glasgow last Thursday (Oct. 30), Ed Sheeran met Katie Papworth, a 19-year-old patient who has battled with an aggressive form of cancer for eight year, per iHeartRadio.

She gave the "Sing" performer an engagement ring, which he accepted. He also signed a photo she drew for him, writing, "Katie, lovely to finally meet my wife.

The meeting was arranged by The Les Hoey MBE DreamMaker Foundation, who thanked the singer on their Facebook page. "Huge Thanks to Ed Sheeran (a real Superstar) and his fantastic team who made Katie's Dream come True Last night and she even proposed and he kept her ring.
Now, that's a dream come true !
