The beloved characters from the original “X-Men” film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from “X-Men: First Class,” in an epic battle that must change the past – to save our future.

 
Bishop (Omar Sy) is a mutant police officer from the future, fighting alongside Blink (Fan Bingbing), who can open time-space portals at the most convenient times; Sunspot (Adan Canto), who has the ability to absorb and blast solar energy; and Warpath (Booboo Stewart), who has superhuman strength and speed. They’re joined by familiar face Iceman (Shawn Ashmore), flying around in fully-iced mode.
With more mutants (more than double the amount of superheroes in “The Avengers”), time periods, and villains than ever before, “Days of Future Past” has potential to be grand and spectacular… or phase into “Green Lantern”-esque gobbledygook territory.
